M.A Ford Europe: EMO Hannover Hall 3: Stand A30
New products and manufacturing solutions from M.A. Ford Europe at EMO 2017
With just a few weeks to go before EMO Hannover opens on 18th September, M.A. Ford® Europes preparations for this major exhibition are virtually complete with a schedule of new product launches and range extension planned for its 55 sq.metre stand.
A number of new high performance cutting tools are being launched by the company at EMO, including a new modular tooling solution for 3D machining and die & mould applications together with the new 380 and 381 Series 9 flute and 13 flute high performance end mills.
Also, the V5LCB end mills range is being extended with the launch of new flute lengths and through cooling options, while the Cyclone high performance CDA drill for aluminium is being shown for the first time in Europe.
In addition to launching its new interactive online tool selection, application profiling and product catalogue, M.A. Ford Europe will also be showing its range of machining process improvement technologies as part of its integrated manufacturing solutions (IMS) drive to help improve customer productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
IMS combines M.A. Fords high performance solid carbide tooling and Rego-Fix® non-pull out tool holders with specialised high speed machining (HSM) tool path software and BlueSwarf® Dashboards anti-vibration analysis to optimise the machining process for virtually any component.
